Is classified as a Free Floating Full Torso Vaporous Apparition. Is also a Class III. It tried to grab Alice Ellis, the librarian, with its arms. It scared the socks off her.

Was witnessed by ten people at 1:40 PM in the New York Public Library on 5th Ave. It blew books off shelves from 20 feet away and made P.K.E. Meter readings go right off the scale. It stacked books symmetrically, just like the Philadelphia Mass Turbulence of 1947.

Played by Slavitza Jovan and voiced by Paddi Edwards in the first movie.

"Gozer the Traveler will come in one of the pre-chosen forms. During the rectification of the Vuldronaii the Traveler came as a very large and moving Torb. Then of course in the third reconciliation of the last of the Meketrex supplicants they chose a new form for him, that of a Sloar. Many Shubs and Zuuls knew what it was to be roasted in he depths of the Sloar that day I can tell you."

Also known as Gozer The Gozerian, Gozer The Destructor, Gozer The Traveler, and Vulgus Zildrohar.

Can take the form of whatever it chooses too, from a man in a business suit to a demonic-looking woman, as it did in 1983. (Ghostbusters)

Is 112 1/2 feet tall. However, Ray estimates that heís 100 feet tall.

Marty Tillis is the President of the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Company. He's an African-American. He's very generous and helps to raise money for charities and children's hospitals. He also has two assistants that go with him and do whatever he tells them to do (They'll even grab a chair and a cup of water for him in an instant.).(Sticky Business)

When Gozer commanded the Ghostbusters to "Choose and perish!" (Meaning to choose the form of the Destructor.), Peter mentioned that whatever they thought of, would appear and destroy them. He then said that if they thought of J. Edgar Hoover, he'd show up and destroy them. However, when Venkman thought and said that, J. Edgar Hoover didn't appear. This is because Venkman didn't choose him. He merely thought of him. There's a difference between thinking and choosing. Ray choose Mr. Stay-Puft, the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man. He chose him, because he didn't think that something from his childhood would hurt them. Well, he thought wrong. (Ghostbusters)

How Stay Puft got into the ECU was never explained, though it is theorized that the marshmallow ectoplasm was collected and loaded into it, where it recongealed into its last shape. However, without Gozer's intelligence it developed a simple, childlike personality. (Excluding Mr Sandman, Dream Me a Dream in which it was a dream induced hallucination.). Halloween started in 7th Century Ireland (The Irish and Scottish immigrants brought Halloween to America.). It marked the transition to a time when the nights got longer. It was started to celebrate night creatures and began as the Feast of Samhaine. Samhaine was supposed to be a creature of the night that no one could stop. All things of the night are his, and on Halloween more than any other night. He hates light. It weakens and drives him off. He was eventually trapped in stone and forgotten by most mortals. All paranormal entities remembered him, however. He has demi-god-like powers, and he can summon/control any and all nocturnal feeders (A.K.A. Ghosts.). He considers them to be his "little ones". He can tell when a paranormal entity has "the stench of mortals" on them. His goal is to slow down and eventually stop time, so that Halloween night will last forever. Prince Vigo Von Homburg Deutschendorf was born on June 25, 1505, in Carpathia.

Sixteenth Century Carpathia was in a constant state of spiritual turmoil due principally to the despotic rule of Prince Vigo Von Homburg Deutschendorf, tyrant, sorcerer, and psychotic autocrat.

In the Fifteenth Century, A Renaissance painter (Possibly Pierro Della Francesca or Raphael.) painted an image displaying three robed saints protecting an infant. The figures bore distinct resemblances to five people who would not be born for some five hundred years: Peter Venkman, Ray Stantz, Egon Spengler, Winston Zeddemore, and Dana Barrett's son Oscar Wallance. The saint who resembled Egon held a book, KNOWLEDGE. The saint who resembled Ray bore a set of oak leaves, EXPERIENCE. The saint who resembled Winston held a harp, TALENT. The saint who resembled Peter held a sword, STRENGTH. Speculation following this revelation in 1989 would include that the painter had a psychic premonition. In 1598, Vigo the Carpathian painted his dynamic self-portrait over it (a common practice at the time) Unbeknownst to the world until 1988, Vigo ensorcelled the painting to contain his essence after his death.

Not exactly a man of the people; also known as Vigo The Cruel, Vigo The Torturer, Vigo The Despised, and Vigo The Unholy. Not only was he a very powerful magician, he was also a lunatic and a genocidal madman.

In 1610, Vigo was poisoned, stabbed, shot, hung, stretched, disemboweled, drawn and quartered. And dig this, there was a prophecy; just before his head died, his last words were "Death is but a door, time is but a window, Iíll be back!"

Xanthador was known to the Babylonians as "Zantador, Lord of Fear", and was mentioned in the journals of Bar Ulla. He will attain his Ascendance during a specific alignment of Saturn, Venus, and Mars--it wasn't to take place until 173 years in the future, but he was able to create it artificially at a Hayden Planetarium (at the Museum of Natural History's Rose Center for Earth and Science). Xanthador attempted to establish himself in the colonies in 1627. He was stopped by the original Johnathan Goodraven. He's a capable shape shifter and assumed Goodraven's form during his scheme to install himself in New York City in modern times.

The "real" Johanthan Goodraven defeated the Devil of Windsor, the Bloody Cover of Knightsbridge, and the Banshee of Schenectady.
