Now, I've noticed that two fanfics, It's All My Fault (see https://www.fanfiction.net/s/12734198/1 ... ult%20here), and I Blame Myself (see https://www.fanfiction.net/s/12514154/1 ... elf%20here) have a lot in common, and I'm wondering if the former plagiarised the latter. Their similarities:

• Both involve Egon feeling responsible for a serious injury that Ray sustained because Ray got the injury while trying to save Egon from a disaster.
  Both have first-person titles about self-blame.
  Both have doctors with last names beginning with "M-A".
  Both involve Egon being described as "feeling sick" from guilt.
  Both have Egon getting insomnia.
  Both have him staring at himself in the mirror and saying, "What have I done?!"
  Both have Egon trying to suppress his emotions and his friends trying to get him to open up.
  Both involve Egon losing his appetite.
  Both have him yell, "BECAUSE IT'S MY FAULT THIS HAPPENED TO RAY!"
  Both have a climactic scene involving Egon crying.

Tough call. A lot of those are very common tropes in those sorts of hurt/comfort stories. I guess I should read them to get a better idea...but I'm kind of afraid to
